Analysis of the work flow, procedures, technologies, and tools used in the productive process of printing and pre-printing. To do so it carries out an internal audit that allows the determination/diagnosis of the state of the current productive process and the establishing of the appropriate corrective procedures to improve the quality of the graphic product.

Advice on the optimisation of the photographic capture; calibration of the support, which is profiled with the aim of guaranteeing the satisfactory operation of the technical equipment of the company.
|
Advice on the optimum configuration of the work flow or pdf flow of the company with the aim of getting maximum performance from it.
|
Technical advice to ensure the correct configuration and operation of colour management in printing and pre-printing, thus optimising the work flows at the company.

Normalisation of printing and pre-printing processes, either by the definition of own pre-printing parameters or by the implementation of printing standards such as ISO 12647 / UNE 54102. Along these lines there are three types of action:
1.- Determining of printing parameters
Analysis of the machine’s behaviour and adjustment of the optimum printing parameters that assure its optimum performance by means of the development of a work standard of its own.
2.- Development of processes and procedures in pre-printing and printing
Analysis of the productive process and of the work flow of the company, carrying out technical processes and procedures in pre-printing and printing for the standardisation of the graphic process.
3.- Implementation of standard ISO 12647
Adjusting printing parameters to the specifications and tolerances established by standard ISO 12647.
|
Ensuring compliance with specifications and recommendations in pre-printing and printing, recognised by official bodies for normalisation and standardisation as ISO and UNE, or developed by bodies accredited by the ENAC. Along these lines there are four types of action:
1.- Certification of tests according to ISO 12647
Assessment of the test system and the colour test regarding the specifications of standard ISO 12647 in its corresponding version.
2.- Printing certification according to ISO 12647
Assessment of the printing process system and of a print run regarding specifications of standard ISO 12647 in its corresponding version.
3.- PDF-X Certification
Analysis of the PDF flow configuration regarding standard ISO 15930 and the specifications of the Ghentt Group.
4.- Certification of pre-printing and printing processes
Analysis and assessment of pre-printing and printing processes regarding specifications including accreditation in graphic processes as registered by the ENAC.
